User Acquisition Manager

The Role:

  • User acquisition campaigns management

  • The full cycle of mobile traffic purchase: launch advertising campaigns, traffic optimization, and scaling

  • A/B testing of advertising creatives

  • Optimize ads campaigns in order to improve ROI (decrease CPA, increase LTV/ARPU)

  • Constant monitoring of traffic conversion

  • Prepare schedules and adjust when needed

  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately

  • Prepare reports on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns


  • 2+ years experience of user acquisition campaigns management, preferably for mobile apps

  • Knowledge of CPI, CPM, CPC, CPA, Flat Rate

  • Experience in FB campaigns management, Google and mobile ad networks

  • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns through experimentation

  • Outstanding analytical skills (excellent Excel skills is necessary) and a data-driven mindset

  • Higher education (technical, economics, applied mathematics, information technology)

  • English - Intermediate or higher

  • Be organized and self-motivated
